We had an great experience!! stopped in about 5 minutes before the lobby closed and they let us stay and order our food and they were so polite. Lily took our order and made me the most delicious shake!! Kim has a very friendly smile and Thomas kicked butt our food was out sompeedy quick and it's delicious.

This guy at the drive thru was just the nicest guy ever! He got us a pup cup for our puppies and has the kind of calm voice that is just nice to listen to. And a great smile. Thanks drive thru guy! Also my son wondered if he is a you tuber?

Kendall the assist manager spoke so clearly through the headset in the drive thru, recommend me an awesome flavor and gave me my change back accurately. I’m a professional call of duty player and ambassador of bucked up @theseventharchangel / Kahrnij/kahrnijj/ kahrnijj and I am so proud at Kendall for being so professional and working so good at different jobs. I watched him with other drivers/customers and coworkers and it looks like a great place to work and a positive healthy environment. He had clean hands, he used clean language and his his long hair tucked professionally as well. Thankyou!

I want to give this artic circle more than 5 stars because of this experience. Kendall, the manager was on the ball and has the best customer service that not all managers does. He was a really good manager. When I told him that there was a hair or something on my peanut butter shake that was part of the ingredient, he gave me a free medium shake card to make up for it. Which I was grateful. (Should have gotten (3 stars on the shake because of something that wasn't peanut butter or ice cream on the shake. But after what he did change my perspective on making 4 stars on the shake.) When me and my family had to have something fast to eat to get back to watch the 3rd session of the LDS conference, he was speedy fast and was the best manager and worker. Not only that with this artic circle location, they really define "fast" in a FAST food restaurant Love this artic circle location.

For starters, this is the cleanest Arctic Circle I’ve ever been in. It’s rare to find a fast food restaurant that doesn’t have a film of grease coating everything but this one doesn’t; very refreshing. I can’t speak to every shift, but the gentlemen who were working the lunch shift on a Wednesday were super friendly. Great customer service. As far as the food goes, it’s good but the ice cream is really delicious and huge portions for a relatively cheap price.

Always good desserts and fried food. Burgers are mid but will satisfy a craving. Loving the new flavors of our favorite drink, the Lime Squeeze.

We came at about 4pm and this place was PACKED. I wasn’t expecting that but I can really see why, we had such a great experience, we will probably start frequenting at least once a week. Whoever the male manager on shift was, was so great. He was extremely busy with taking drive orders, making food, and helping up front when someone needed it. Not ONCE did he seem annoyed or inconvenienced, even tho he had so many things going on. Our order took a little while, which was completely understandable, but it didn’t matter because it was such a pleasure watching the staff interact with eachother. They genuinely seemed happy to be there and it was so fun to see that. The manager with the short blonde hair was so great, she seemed genuinely concerned that our order took a little while and gave us a few make up cards without us even complaining. The food was great, and this may have been my favorite fast food experience that i’ve ever had. Thank you Arctic Circle team!
